What approval must cover
The business choices are recorded in the owner-selected policy, but lawyer and accountant approval, tax configuration, consumer disclosures, invoice execution and signed DPA/subprocessor materials are still required.
Prices, Stripe products, invoices, portal behavior, customer-facing policies and the version captured in consent must then match the approved contract before public checkout can open.
Protective default
An unknown version, unknown hash, unresolved decision or incomplete approval evidence keeps checkout, paid self-serve sales and public signup consent unavailable.
Draft policy pages are informational review material. They are not final terms and cannot be accepted as a basis for a public sale while this status is UNRESOLVED.
