Terms of Use

Draft customer terms for Max AI workspaces, mobile access, subscriptions, AI credits and connected-agent use.

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Legal review required before PROD

Draft for DEV validation only. This is not legal advice. Requires review and acceptance by a qualified lawyer before any PROD publication, checkout, onboarding, sales proposal, App Store submission or customer contract use.

Operator

Max AI is operated by MAXDATA APP LTD, company number 12078187, registered office 280 King Street, London, W6 0SP, United Kingdom.

Company details checked against Companies House public records on 24 June 2026.

Business-first scope

These draft terms are written for business/workspace use first. Consumer self-service sales should not be enabled until consumer cancellation, refund, renewal and statutory-rights wording is separately approved.

A person accepting these terms for a workspace should confirm they are authorized to bind that company, organization or workspace owner.

Access

Max AI is intended for authorized users invited to a Max AI workspace or customers who have been granted access through an approved commercial flow.

Do not share your account, invitation links, API keys, connected-channel credentials, or workspace access with unauthorized people.

Your access may be limited, suspended, or removed if your workspace access changes or if the service is used in a way that creates security, privacy, or operational risk.

Subscriptions, payments and AI credits

Paid plans, billing periods, included usage and AI credits must be shown at checkout or in the signed order before a customer is charged.

AI credits or usage allowances may be consumed by agent messages, model calls, automations, connected tools, file processing, knowledge-base operations or other AI-powered work.

If a payment fails, usage limit is reached, or credits are exhausted, Max AI may limit access, pause automations, require a plan update, or ask the workspace owner to resolve billing.

Automatic overage charges should not be enabled unless the customer has accepted clear checkout or order-form terms explaining the extra charges.

Acceptable use

Use Max AI only for lawful business purposes and only with data you are allowed to process in your workspace.

Do not use the service to send spam, abuse third-party services, collect sensitive data without permission, bypass security controls, impersonate people, or run unsafe automation.

AI-assisted output

Max AI includes AI-assisted features. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before using them in business, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice unless independently verified.

Connected services and customer data

Workspace owners are responsible for authorizing connected services such as inboxes, social channels, widgets, calendars, websites, tools, files and customer data sources.

Users must only connect third-party services where they have permission to do so and must respect each provider's rules, rate limits and privacy requirements.

Workspace owners are responsible for giving any required notices to their customers, website visitors, employees, contractors or other end users whose data is processed through Max AI.

Customer content, confidentiality and IP

Customers should remain responsible for the content, files, prompts, instructions, customer records, connected-channel messages and other data they provide to Max AI.

The final terms should grant Max AI only the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, troubleshoot and operate the service for the relevant workspace.

The final terms should include confidentiality duties for non-public workspace data and a lawyer-approved position on generated output, feedback and product-improvement data.

Liability, warranties and indemnity

The final contract should include a lawyer-approved limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, excluded losses, indemnity position, governing law and dispute route.

The draft protective posture is that Max AI is provided as AI-assisted software, not as a guarantee of business outcome, legal compliance, professional advice, deliverability, platform approval, revenue or uninterrupted availability.

Customers should be responsible for claims caused by their unlawful data, unsafe instructions, unauthorized connected accounts, spam, platform-rule breaches or use of AI output without required review.

Support, suspension and changes

Max AI may change features, limits, model routing, automations or integrations to improve reliability, safety or product quality.

Access may be suspended for unpaid invoices, security risk, abuse, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or requests from a workspace owner.

Support requests, feedback, crash reports and operational logs may be used to operate and improve the product.
