Essential cookies

Max AI may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect sessions, prevent abuse, remember security state and operate the product.

Essential cookies are required for the service and are not used for advertising.

The final cookie table should name each essential cookie or storage item, provider, purpose and retention period.

Analytics and product improvement

Max AI may use analytics data to understand product reliability, errors, usage patterns and performance.

Before PROD sales, the final cookie inventory and consent requirement must be confirmed against the real tools enabled in production.

Analytics cookies or similar technologies should only be enabled where the correct notice, consent or lawful exception has been confirmed.

Marketing cookies

Marketing or advertising cookies should not be enabled until the final consent setup and lawyer-approved policy are in place.

If marketing cookies are introduced later, the cookie notice must name the relevant providers and explain user choices.

Consent and withdrawal

Where consent is required, users should be given a clear choice before non-essential cookies are stored or read.

The final PROD experience should let users withdraw or change consent as easily as they gave it.

Cookie information should not be hidden only inside the Privacy Policy; it should be easy to find and understand.
