Acceptable Use Policy

Use Max AI only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts, audiences, channels and third-party tools you are authorized to use.

Do not use Max AI to violate laws, platform rules, contracts, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or security controls.

Do not use Max AI for spam, harassment, impersonation, malware, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, abusive outreach, evading bans, generating illegal content or bypassing access controls.

Do not connect accounts, inboxes, websites or data sources without permission from the relevant owner or workspace administrator.

Do not use Max AI to process special-category, highly sensitive or regulated data unless your workspace has the required permissions, safeguards and written approval.

Users remain responsible for reviewing agent instructions, connected tools, outgoing messages, publication destinations and any action that can affect customers or third parties.

Max AI may suspend or limit activity that creates legal, privacy, security, deliverability or operational risk.

Customers are responsible for complying with the rules of connected platforms, including email providers, social networks, website hosts, payment tools, CRM systems and messaging channels.

Max AI may disable or limit integrations that appear to breach provider rules, create spam risk, trigger abuse complaints or endanger account reputation.

Do not use Max AI as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, insurance, education, housing, healthcare, legal rights, safety or access to essential services.

Those uses need a separate written agreement, human review process and legal/risk assessment before they are enabled.
