Last updated: June 24, 2026

AI can be wrong
Max AI uses AI-assisted features that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or unsuitable output.
Users must review important outputs before relying on them, sending them to customers, publishing them, or using them in operational decisions.
AI output may depend on the data, prompts, tools, connected accounts, model availability and context configured by the workspace.
No professional advice
AI output should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, employment, compliance, safety or other professional advice.
Users should obtain qualified professional advice when a decision has legal, financial, health, safety, employment or regulatory impact.
Human responsibility
Workspace owners and users are responsible for the data they provide, the instructions they configure, the tools they connect and the actions they approve.
The final PROD disclaimer must be reviewed by a lawyer and aligned with the actual product surfaces, models, tools and customer offers.
Transparency to end users
Where customers use Max AI in a widget, inbox, social channel or other customer-facing surface, they should tell end users when they are interacting with AI or receiving AI-assisted content where required.
If AI-generated content is published externally, the customer remains responsible for review, labeling and compliance with platform, advertising, consumer-protection and AI-transparency rules.
Excluded high-risk use
Max AI should not be used as a medical device, legal advisor, financial advisor, employment-screening system, credit/insurance decision system, emergency service or safety-critical controller.
Any regulated or high-impact deployment needs separate written approval, product controls, documented human oversight and legal review.
